My wife and I brought both of our vehicles in and bought the Cat 5 + washes and I can honestly say that it was an absolute complete waste of money. Our vehicles came out of the wash almost as dirty as they entered, absolutely no tire shine was applied to my truck, and minimal amounts to my wife’s Bronco.

Drove in and the lady running never said to put ca in neutral but I knew I needed to and she was yelling put it in nutral I said it is. The car made a noise i thought it messed up my car.No towels out at the vacuum. The was still left residue all over the car. For 18 dollars I got screwed. Save time and money and get a much better experience at Hero's car washed just down the street . Will not be returning and it is to bad because the location is convenient for me.

I rarely leave reviews, even after bad experiences, but this one felt worth noting. With the recent winter weather and heavy salt buildup, I specifically sought out a car wash that could clean my car’s undercarriage. I tried calling ahead with questions, but there was no way to reach anyone. When I mentioned this onsite, a worker told me, “I don’t even think we have a phone.” Since I didn’t get a hold of anyone ahead of time, I decided to come check it out in person. When I arrived, I was directed to the payment screen. None of the wash options mentioned undercarriage cleaning, and there were no employees available to ask questions. While I was trying to figure it out, a line of cars formed behind me, leaving me unable to exit without paying for a service I hadn’t confirmed. I essentially was forced to choose and pay. Once I entered the wash, an employee was finally available. When I asked about undercarriage cleaning, he said he thought option four addressed it. I explained that the signage did not indicate this and that no one had been available to help beforehand. At that point, I proceeded with the basic wash, which itself was fine. Went to this car wash, the touch screen wasn’t working, the young attendant had to come and take payment, then go back to operate the auto process for my car to go through when doing so he didn’t wait for my car to go into neutral long story short when my car came out I had a large gash in my back tire. When informing the manager on site- he didn’t understand and could not get ahold of owner. This $12.00 car garage has now cost me $80. In towing and $375. For a new tire. Will never go to this car wash or any automatic car wash again. Very disappointed.

Just met Erica, the Operations Manager at Hurricane Car Wash in Arden, NC. I noticed her running here and there, restocking the towels for us to use to wipe down our cars and she was sweeping up trash people had dropped on the ground. Then she came over to ask if I would like a free car air freshener. How nice of her! When I pulled up, a worker came over to help me select the car wash I wanted. Then I drove through the car wash and it did a great job washing my car on the outside. The place is so neat and clean and they have all the things necessary to make sure your car is as clean as you want it to be, inside and out. Afterwards I drove around to the side and used the vacuum cleaners which have a lot of suction to get all the dirt and dust and then used their clean rags to clean my windows inside and out. It is such a good feeling when your car is clean and you are ready to start the week.
